Technical Solutions has an exciting position available on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing civil engineering and surveying firm in the Pittsburgh area. The position is for a Land Surveyor. The candidate must be a motivated team player that is willing to work overtime hours and travel locally when required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering team. Job Duties Include:
*Construction Stakeout
*As built Surveys
*Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys
*Property and Boundary Surveys is required

Job Requirements
Required Skills:
*Candidates must have at least five years of experience
*PLS required
*PLS required
*Working knowledge of Topcon-GPS and total stations a must and experience in performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
Preferred Skills:
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Willingness to take direction and feedback
*Strong communication skills
*Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs is a plus.
