Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh based manufacturer.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, email, and web chats from customers from national accounts and supply chains to sales reps and end-users. 
  • Provide expertise on a broad product line.
  • Make recommendations on numerous products, drawing on an in-depth knowledge of each line, fielding technical questions, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
