Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an Inside Sales Engineer on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area manufacturer. The Inside Sales Engineer will provide technical sales support of all of client's products to affiliates, representatives, and end customers.
Job Duties:
  • Provide technical sales support of all client products to affiliates, representatives, and end customers.
  • Advise existing and potential clients on equipment technologies, usage, and features.
  • Support regional sales managers and customer service specialists, while collaborating with fellow engineers.
  • Develop solutions to client needs from across the diverse product lines.
  • Support customer applications and troubleshoot installation problems via phone, e-mail, or remote.
  • Candidate will be providing quotations to our customers.

Job Requirements


Required Experience & Skills:
  • A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work.
  • Good working knowledge of basic ERP & CRM systems.
  • Familiar with the use of Windows based PC's and programs (MS Office programs).
  • Knowledge of process control instrumentation is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in electronics and electrical circuits is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English. Spanish or German language a plus.
  • Must enjoy a hardworking environment with technical challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional business environment.
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in technical field required.
