Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a provider of energy management services to utilities, local governments, and private enterprises, for their Pittsburgh area offices.  The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day operations by working directly with the management team, lighting, refrigeration, and HVAC contractors.  Additionally, you will consult directly with power supplier's commercial and industrial customers to deliver energy savings with a strong focus on customer service. Training related to program operations will be provided.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with contractors about project pipelines and shepherd projects from initial engagement through final payment
  • Work with contractors to develop energy auditing calculators for energy efficiency projects
  • Review pre- and post-inspections of energy efficiency projects
  • Track and manage projects using client's proprietary data management software
  • Gather and review project documentation
  • Engagement in any and all areas critical to program success

 
Job Requirements

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and work collaboratively with staff
  • Knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and program tracking tools and techniques
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Valid driver's license is required. Travel to Greensburg, PA office 1-2 days per week with remote work environment the remaining work week.
  • Knowledge of energy saving lighting, HVAC and refrigeration measures preferred
