Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Parts and Service Associate on behalf of our client, a manufacturer with facilities in the Pittsburgh, PA area.  
 
Objectives of this Role:
  • Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate level of support throughout the company while providing first-rate customer service experience
  • Document current robot issues using our local software, maintaining an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate and manage workflow between departments to provide the best service to our customers. 
  • Provide support to the parts and service team to accomplish goals and objectives of the company.
  • Provide the Parts Analyst team support with quoting customers  
  • Provide logistic support for customer training courses and send follow-up after training
  • Provide assistance with collecting policy and procedure documentation
  • Additional tasks as needed

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications:
  • A self-starter, capable of thinking on your feet and problem solving with limited information
  • A history of providing strong customer service in an office environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and a high aptitude with Microsoft Office (excelling at it). 
  • Able to absorb a basic foundation of technical knowledge regarding our robots and then speak to those details in a comfortable manner
  • High degree of integrity and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information
  • Previous experience in creating sales quotes
  • Previous data entry and ERP experience
