Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client, a manufacturer with facilities in the Pittsburgh area.  The Customer Service/ Inside Sales Coordinator will solicit inquiries, tender quotations, and issue specific sales orders for parts and rolls. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Solicits pricing and delivery dates from vendors as required.
  • Solicits pricing information from Estimating Department. 
  • Establishes delivery dates to customers utilizing vendor and internal manufacturing capabilities.
  • Establishes specific selling prices using standard pricing information and/or standard markups. 
  • Provides customer with written sales proposal. 
  • Issues specific written sales order received. 
  • Responds to customer inquiries for order status, delivery dates, etc. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications: 
  • Good Interpersonal relations and communications skills.
  • Strong communications skills in dealing with customers and inter-company personnel.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with computers. 
  • Excellent phone skills.
 
Education and/or Experience: 
  • Requires a high school diploma 
  • Broad knowledge of equipment built by the Company. 
  • Reading of blueprints required.
