Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Pipeline Project Manager for our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordination with Pipeline Project Managers, Engineers, and Engineering Technicians to provide them with the leadership necessary to complete projects efficiently, accurately, and on schedule per the clients' expectations
* Provides leadership to each capital project in the form of progress, project scoping, cost schedules, quality control and closeout
* Manages multiple small to large downstream and midstream pipeline projects. Ensures the constructability of the scope of work, engineering and design of the project Support Business and client relationship development activities
* Ensure all projects adhere to client and regulatory guidelines
* Support Business and client relationship development activities
* Communicate and collaborate with the Assistant Director on a regular basis regarding project statuses and discuss solutions for projects with ongoing issues
* Resolve day to day project questions and problems, strategize and manage project timelines
* Coordinate with the Assistant Director to help structure and manage project budgets
* Monitoring projects and overseeing Project Managers to ensure goals are met
* Responsible for other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Requirements:
* Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania
* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering preferred, other engineering disciplines considered
* Required working knowledge of applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements that govern the oil and natural gas pipeline industry (49 CFR Part 192 & 195)
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in gas distribution, transmission and/or similar field
* Must have proficient knowledge of project management, preferably with an emphasis in the oil and gas market sector
* Must be self-sufficient and require minimal supervision
* Ability to interact positively and professionally with other employees, as well as clients and industry professionals
* Must show strong leaderships skills and the ability to manage and set priorities
* Strong technical, communication, and verbal skills
